Why the Software
was Created: The Saltwater Disposal Reporter
Software was created to make your life easier! The program
was created out of neccessity over 18 years ago. Trying to
sort Water Disposal tickets by hand
and performing all the calculations on a calculator
or spreadsheet is 'no fun'! There had to be
a better way! None was found, so we created our own.
Basic Working
Concept:
There were too many leases to keep up with! We decided to
put all the leases in a database and then we wouldn't have to
retype them every month. We then
hired a programmer to perform all the calculations according to
the Railroad Commission of Texas' instructions.
"One Time Entry" is the concept. You just
enter the tickets once and the program does the rest. It
sorts and calculates the tickets. From those tickets it
automatically generates your P18, mail distribution letters,
Invoices (Invoice Module required), and various other reports.
Printing the P18
FORM: Printing the RRC P18 form has
never been easier. The program not only sorts and calculates
the P18 report but it prints out the actual form with the
information filled in! The form has been approved by the
Railroad Commission of Texas.
